  We offer 3 levels of service that can match with your budget and needs.  The first is a Buyer's Eye Assessment.  We do an extensive walk through of the house with the seller, realtor, or both.  We provide the homeowner with staging tips and a room-by-room checklist for taking notes as we walk through each interior and exterior space together.  We keep a record of all the things we believe need attention.  At the conclusion of the walk through we will spend time  with the homeowner prioritizing the things we believe are most important in selling the property. We discuss what the homeowner might want to accomplish him or herself, and what things Take II can offer to help show the house as "move-in ready".  Upon request we will provide a proposal with additional levels of service the homeowner may elect to have done. 

   The second level of service is  Staging Redesign.   Maybe all that is needed is some minor refreshing or rearranging in the main rooms to maximize the impact of the best features of the home.  We make use of what a homeowner already has available to showcase the home in the best possible light.  We may, with the homeowners permission, bring in a few things such as accessories or artwork, to help give the house that model look.  These items can be purchased or rented. 

   Our third level of service is Complete Staging.  This can include interior and exterior spaces of the house or just the public areas.  We will use the homeowner's furniture, artwork and accessories and arrange it to create a vision for buyers.  We edit items that may distract from buyers picturing the house as theirs.  We will bring in extra items such as pillows, linens, lamps, towels, plants, props or even furniture if needed to make the house shine.  The homeowner has the option of purchasing these items or renting until the house sells.

    Although the optimal time to hire a real estate stager is before you put your house on the market, we can improve the appeal of your house at any time in the selling process.  We will team with you and your realtor to help make selling your property a successful experience. 

   We can transform any room in your home into a beautiful, functional and comfortable space.  You will be amazed by the results and the new life your cherished possessions take on after a redesign.  We start with an interview to find out what your needs are and how you would like your room to function.  With this information in mind and with what you already have, we will create a new look for your room in a day or, in most cases, a half a day and all for less than the cost  of a new end table or chair.  Fall in love with your home all over again!
